In 1979, Tom Pratt catered his first party

...and promptly messed it up! A lot was learned that day, and now about 15,000 parties later, Pratt’s is the region’s most experienced and diversified caterer.

Pratt’s Catering division has a separate kitchen underneath the restaurant geared for large volume cooking, 9 trucks including 1 large refrigerated truck, 3 portable grills and smokers, and a massive amount of catering equipment and props for pretty much any type of function and any size group of people.

Pratt’s largest catering to date was 5,000 people in one afternoon, and several years ago Pratt’s was written up in a national catering newsletter for feeding 1,800 people in 15 minutes.

The past few years have seen Pratt’s become the largest caterer of weddings in the area and surprisingly most of them are not barbecue.

By paying attention to detail and personal service above and beyond the norm, Pratt’s has become a leader in the wedding catering industry. No group is too large or too small nor any group more important than another.
